What is StudioAnchor?
A set of connected apps for businesses built around people: classes, members, customers and staff. Each app works on its own; together they share one member record, so every tool knows more about the people you serve.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Pick only the modules you need and add or remove them anytime. Your member data stays intact when you change your mix.
How much does it cost?
Reach has three published plans: Free ($0/mo), Studio ($20/mo, or $17/mo billed annually), Pro ($49/mo, or $42/mo billed annually). TellSafe has a free plan, then Community at $4.99/mo and Pro at $9.99/mo. Store is available now with its own pricing on Store. Marketing, Book and Crew don't have published prices yet — tell us what you need and we'll follow up. People, the shared member database, is included at no extra charge.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, for Reach. Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro features, and you don't need a credit card to start. After that you stay on the Free plan, which is free for as long as you like, unless you upgrade to Studio or Pro. TellSafe and Store each have a free plan you can sign up for yourself; Marketing, Book and Crew aren't open yet.
I’m on MindBody. Can I switch?
Book, our scheduling module, is still in development, so there isn't an automated MindBody import yet. Tell us about your setup and we'll help you plan the move once it's ready.
What’s Ryla?
Ryla is StudioAnchor’s AI assistant. She drafts emails, plans campaigns and flags what needs your attention — and nothing goes out without your approval.
How do you keep my members’ data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside StudioAnchor is limited to the people who need it. Payments run through Stripe, so card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. You can export all of your data whenever you want, and request deletion of personal data in line with GDPR and CCPA.
What if it’s not for me?
Cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts. Export everything first; your data is always yours.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes. Registered non-profits and faith communities can get in touch and we’ll work with you on pricing.
